Brian is full of energy, obsessed with community and loves helping others. He is an award-winning Broker with more than 15 years experience. He has been around the world of real estate his whole life. Both his parents, Bela and Jack Santos were long-standing and highly respected Realtors. Being a life-long resident of Kitchener-Waterloo, Brian has qualified experience and knows the area very well. 

He has owned a variety of different types of properties and investments, from new to old and everything in between. He enjoys sharing that first-hand experience and knows what to look out for. Included in his real estate journey has been lots and lots of renovations. If you are looking for a great contractor, he can point you in the right direction.

Brian is a leader within the Real Estate Community. He is the Past President of the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors and served for four years as a Director the Ontario Real Estate Association. He has Chaired and been a member on countless committees on the local, provincial and national level with a particular interest in government relations, ESG and marketing.

Beyond real estate Brian is passionate about Scotland's Yard, an initiative named after his daughter, a brave cancer survivor. The goal is to bring pediatric cancer care to Waterloo Region. The group is trying to raise $50 million in the next ten years.

He is also very civically engaged. He is currently a member of the Committee of Adjustments for the City of Kitchener. He has been the past Co-Chair of the Property Standards and Appeal Committee and the Downtown Action Advisory Committee. This gives him great insight that better helps him serve his clients.

Prior to working in Real Estate, Brian worked as a sports broadcasting professional. He traveled the world covering sports and big events like the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups, ATP Tennis, Hockey Night in Canada, NBA and for MLS.

When Brian is not working in Real Estate he loves spending time with his daughter, traveling or playing tennis.

Rebecca is a marketing specialist but her skills go far beyond that. She is like a Swiss Army knife! Rebecca helps us and our clients in making the process of buying, selling or leasing an easy one. She has developed tools and systems which facilitate tracking and ensures all deadlines are met. From helping the team cross our T's and dot our I's, to communications with lawyers and lenders, to our social media presence and marketing, she's the glue that holds the team together. 

Rebecca works well under pressure and whether she is working independently or in a team environment, she gets the job done timely and successfully. With 7+ years of experience in real estate and a background of customer service and hospitality management, Rebecca shares our passion for delivering exceptional client care and the best possible service! Rebecca enjoys the feedback she gets from clients and she is pleased she is able to assist in making their purchase or sale a positive experience. 

When Rebecca isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 small children, being outdoors, camping and trips to her hometown in Muskoka.
